PROCESS

I follow a clear, collaborative process that makes sure everything runs smoothly, is clear, and works well from the start, whether you’re starting a brand new one or updating an old one.

1

Step 1

Let’s talk about your project

We’ll have a 30-minute call to get to know each other and talk about your project before we agree to anything. I’ll ask you about your goals, audience, timeline, and expectations, and I’ll also give you a chance to ask any questions. We’ll have a rough idea of the project’s scope, deliverables, budget, and next steps by the end.

2

Step 2

Customised Proposal

After the call, I’ll send you a personalised proposal that lists your options, which are usually organised into tiers (basic, standard, and comprehensive). You’ll be able to see clearly what’s in each package, how long it will take, and how much it will cost, so you can pick the one that works best for you.

3

Step 3

Booked and ready

After you choose a package, I’ll send you a contract, a project questionnaire, and an invoice for half of the cost. I’ll also show you how to make a moodboard to help you get ideas for the look and feel of the project. Your project is officially in the diary as soon as you sign the contract and pay the deposit.

Step 4

Delivery & handover

Once all of the design work is approved, I will send the final invoice. After that is taken care of, I’ll send you a well-organised folder with all of your final files. They will be ready to use on both print and digital platforms. It’s time to show off your new identity with confidence!

Design Process

Every design job I take on has structure and purpose, whether it’s a logo, brand identity, or an isometric illustration.

I start my market and audience research after receiving your brief and moodboard. This guarantees that we are creating something strategic, original, and pertinent while also laying a solid framework for the creative effort.

I’ll develop a few unique graphic guidelines based on the information. Examples of logos, typefaces, color schemes, and layout concepts that complement your objectives will be included in each. I’ll go over these ideas with you, share my reasoning, and give you a PDF deck to look over and consider.

After we decide on a course of action, I start drawing a lot of ideas. This is a broad creative stage where I try to come up with as many ideas as I can, looking for that one that feels just right.

Then, I further develop the best ideas using colors, type, and auxiliary visuals like patterns or icons, which is where your future logo or illustration starts to take shape.

I’ll use real-world mockups—business cards, packaging, websites—to show you how the finished product will work. Every design choice is supported by logic and a specific goal.

Before providing feedback, you will have a few days to consider the designs. I’ll then make any adjustments that were decided upon. We’ll wrap things up and celebrate your new visual identity after everything has been approved!
